Embraced by extensive vineyards on the southern slope of Konjiška Gora, near the historic Valley of Saint John the Baptist, grows the fine wine of the Jelenko family. Here, the fifth generation of winemakers nurtures the family tradition with love, focusing primarily on the production of premium white grapes, with an emphasis on the Chardonnay variety. From these carefully cultivated grapes comes their central pride, the premium sparkling wine Frančišek, which defines their collection. They chose this special name out of respect for their ancestors, who bore the name Franc, thereby forever honoring their hard work, dedication to the land, and the joy of gathering over a glass of good wine.
