The Založnik Wine is a trademark of a wine-growing and fruit-growing farm with a long tradition of four generations. They have been wine-growers ever since 1911. Their grapes in the highest locations of Škalce enjoy an abundance of sunshine, while the visitors enjoy the views all around, across the Dravinja Valley to Boč, to the Old Castle on Konjiška gora, to the other side of Pohorje with Rogla, the Queen. They wrote the following, "We are aware that 'the vine likes the lord's shadow', that is why we carefully nurture the vine and we give it our soul." And with this they planted a good measure of pure inspiration.
