Just a few minutes' walk across the green Zreče park, where the Terme Zreče Spa lies, separates you from the Zreče Lake - an artificially created area of water in 2000, watered by the Koprivnica stream, rippling through Zreče
The Zreče Lake consists of two parts:
- The upper, smaller part is more overgrown and intended for fish spawning.
- The lower, larger and more beautiful part is dedicated to our activities.
Both parts are connected by a cute little bridge.
3 TOP activities by the lake:
- A narrow sandy trail leads around the lake, at sunset it offers an opportunity for relaxation, a romantic walk or jogging in the middle of soothing nature.
- The ducks, hiding in the reed and rush, which often gag around there, are perfect for observing nature with curious children.
- A wide variety of fish that are inhabited there - namely, the lake contains zander, pike, bleak, common nase, carp, common bleak and other fish, as well as an easy access even by car, are a magnet for fishing enthusiasts. Fishing permits are available at the reception of the hotels in the Terme Zreče Spa (single reception of the hotels Klasik, Vital and Atrij).

- The total amount of water in the lake is 65.000 cubic meters.
- The maximum depth of the lake is 8 meters.
