You're invited to revive the spirit of the Carthusians and taste tradition with a modern twist!
On Sunday, 28 June, the enchanting setting of Žička kartuzija Monastery will once again host the wine and culinary afternoon Charterhouse & Wine.
Within the ancient arches of the small cloister, top winemakers from the Rogla – Pohorje destination will present selected wine stories, while culinary delights inspired by the Carthusian tradition will be provided by Gastuž 1467.
Over a glass of wine, in the silence of the Monastery and the relaxed summer atmosphere, visitors will together revive the heritage of this place, where the Carthusians shaped the wine culture of the region for centuries.
