500 m is a group of musicians from Zreče who have been creating music together for many years, although they themselves find it difficult to pinpoint exactly when their collaboration began. The core of the band has consisted from the beginning of Janez Skaza, Samo Jezovšek, and Matjaž Skaza, later joined by Tomaž Dolžan and Grega Skaza.
The musicians are experienced and also active in various other musical projects, which makes it difficult to define them within a single genre. Their work is based on original music without strict stylistic boundaries. In 2023, they released their first album titled Telo, which contains ten tracks.
