We’ve finally welcomed the official opening of the new long-distance hiking trail, the Pohorje–Kozjak Trail, which also runs through our destination.
The opening of the trail will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, starting at 8:30 a.m. on the plateau at the bottom station of the gondola.
An opportunity to get away from everyday life and relax your mind
The gathering will continue with a hike to Areh, where we will join the Slovenian Mountaineers' Day, traditionally organized by the Mountaineering Association of Slovenia. The event at Areh is accompanied by a rich accompanying program.
The path to Areh is easy and suitable for families with children, so everyone who wants a pleasant day in nature and good company is welcome. Together we will discover the beauty of the Pohorje forests, enjoy the fresh air and create unforgettable memories.
Welcome gift for the first 100 registrants
For additional motivation, we have also prepared a special surprise - the first 100 registered participants will receive a symbolic welcome gift . A surprise guest will also join us at the event.
