NOMAD is the original project of Jošt Lampret, one of Slovenia’s most versatile bassists, who frees the bass guitar from its traditional supporting role and reveals it as a prominent melodic and harmonic instrument. The project explores the intersections of flamenco, jazz, and improvisation, creating borderless music that intertwines sound, dance, and improvisation into a complete concert experience.
On stage, Lampret is joined by exceptional artists: Urška Centa (dance, vocals, clapping), Matija Krečič (violin), and Nino Mureškić (percussion). Together, they create an evening that blurs the boundaries between genres, celebrates the connection of different cultures, and opens a space for innovation, dialogue, and the transformative power of music.
