Who are the performers?
TIN VODOPIVEC is one of Slovenia’s leading stand-up comedians, performing since 2006. He co-founded the Punch festival and has performed internationally, including at the Leicester Comedy Festival. Known for his sharp and witty humor, Tin is the mastermind behind the show Elektro Banana and many other popular performances.
MATJAŽ JAVŠNIK – who doesn’t know him? A versatile theatre and film actor, and one of the most recognizable faces in Slovenian comedy. His iconic roles include Izi from the TV series TV Dober dan, appearances in films such as Idle Running, Marmalade, and The Last Supper, as well as voice acting in animations like Chicken Little and Open Season. A master of improvisation and winner of the Best Improviser award and the prestigious Sever Award. His style? Bold, witty, often cheeky – and always laugh-out-loud funny. He’s also fondly remembered from the legendary prank show Skriti mikrofon.
MARKO ŽERJAL is a stand-up comedian, YouTuber, and a computer science engineer by education. After working as a programmer, he shifted his focus entirely to comedy. He creates popular online videos (like his Loser series), appears on TV shows such as This Week with Jure Godler, and lends his voice to animated films. His humor dives into social commentary, politics, and sex – all laced with a good dose of dark humor.
DAVID GORINŠEK hails from Slovenske Konjice – a true local! He’s a journalist, the voice of Radio City, and an increasingly recognized stand-up comedian. He also organizes stand-up nights in Maribor. David’s performances are filled with sarcasm and vibrant anecdotes, ideal for those who love a mix of improvisation and unexpected twists.
